Primary Estimation
Doctors will estimate whether you are appropriate to join TeleMedicine Service or not, through your previous medical records. You need to pay the consultation fee if you are appropriate to join this service.
Note: the consultaion time is around 10 - 20 minutes and the consultation fee is around $1000 - 2000
Confirm the time
Our nurses will help patients and their family members to confirm the time for TeleMedicine Service.
TeleMedicine Consultation
During TeleMedice Service time, our doctors will communicate with patients through phone call or WeChat, that analyse patients' state of illness and give related suggestions.
Suggestion for Treatment
After the TeleMedicine Consultation, our doctor will give you some suggestions in a written statement.
Go to Hong Kong for treatment
Patients and family members can decide whether they will go to Hong Kong for treatment or reserve prescription drugs based on the suggestions provided by our doctors.
